Wonderful staff and nicely situated close to both the beach and the town. Lovely cabin with everything you need for comfort. Recommend staying at this property. Staff is more than welcoming and will share with you the opportunities in the area. Room and hotel area well maintained and view is wonderful for your morning coffee.

Everything was clean and worked. The breakfast was superb, served very promptly and on time. I was in Arbroath for business and would rate this hotel very highly.
