Wifi was very good, parking great. The pool, jacuzzi, steam room etc were superb. Same with the gym. We were able to check in early - even though we arrived early and without notice. Also able to use the facilities after check out at 11am which was a great bonus meaning we could use the hotel as a base on our check out day which meant we spent more time (and money) in the local area.

Although big it felt like home and we all relaxed straight away, The owner and their family wee great, we made to feel.very welcome. Loved the useful bits and bobs left,, much more practical than the usual bottle of wine that none of us drink. Deer in the garden whilst doing dishes....definite bonus as I hate dishes, view was superb. Very relaxing but plenty to keep us busy if that's what we wanted.

Facilities were superb, barbecue, pool, many bathrooms and kitchen with everything you could need. Even left us milk in the fridge and some fresh strawberries and cookies. There were also spare toiletries and even toothbrushes just in case.

Garden is beautiful. There was a deer with fawn running in the field... sooo lovely to see! Nothing was too much trouble for the very friendly and most hospitable hosts, Paula & Robert. Highly recommended.
