We booked a luxury room with runway view; we can see flights taking off and landing every minute or so. Size of the room was quite big, and well-constructed. It was cozy and comfortable room, nice bathtub with a TV in bathroom. It was during Christmas so there were many ongoing activities to keep kids engaged. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

The entire ambiance is wonderful, and the receptionist and check-in & out procedure are extremely quick. only one thing I would want to bring to your attention. During breakfast, when I did not finish my breakfast and went to get some water and juice, my plate mysteriously disappeared. As a result, I did not eat fully and departed. The only request is that you check to see if the guest is present before clearing the table.

I traveled to Mumbai for work and spent two nights at the Westin. It was really an amazing stay! The staff were more than helpful and friendly. The hotel was super clean, modernly decorated, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and there were so many choices. Excellent food for room service and they even brought me a complimentary dessert the first night. The room and the view were great. There was a big event (wedding) going on while I was staying there, and obviously the staff were very busy, but I didn't feel once that attention to my needs was sidelined. 100% recommend.

I liked everything. I travel a lot and know what I'm talking about. The hotel makes you feel at home. The staff cares about your every step. They help with everything. Excessive attention. Here you can relax and feel real comfort. The rooms are clean, comfortable, there is water and fruit every day. You can eat breakfast for the whole day. Huge selection of dishes from different cuisines of the world. Many thanks to the staff for the level of service! European hotels need to learn from you. Hotel Trienda is the best of the exotic!
