It has a parking right next to the rooms. the rooms are clean and nice. it is a quiet place few minutes walking from the lake, the restaurants and supermarket. We have used it as a centre to visit Rotorua, Tongariro and Huka Falls. and even access to some running trails

what can I say….the best accommodation we’v had in NZ. The location is perfect for anywhere you want to walk to and yet quiet at night. The master is so big and the closets are over the top. We lived using the glasses in veranda AND the wall of windows opened! The home theatre room was the bonus-even over the incredible kitchen.

Location is great, only 10mins from the centre of town where the majority of local activities are based with plenty of food and drink options. We also had breakfast catered for! The b&b itself is very spacious and comfortable, providing a very intimate setting with no more than a few guests at the one time.

The bathroom was large and had great water pressure. Even had heated floors. Kitchen had all you needed to cook if you choose too. It's across the road from the lake and a short walk to eateries and wharf. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend to friends and family and would stay here next time we visit beautiful Taupo. 5 stars from us!!!
