The staff were fantastic from start to finish. Wissam was very helpful and nothing was too much to ask, he even came to find me during breakfast to personally greet me during my stay! The transport was arranged from the airport to the hotel, the driver was waiting for us in terminal. My ironing was delivered back to the room within a few hours, the breakfast staff knew exactly which coffee and juice I would like and the whole team was incredibly friendly and helpful! All in all a great stay, great location and we will definitely be back! I will recommend this hotel to everybody as it was a great experience.

My room was amazing. The quality of the furniture, fittings, fixtures, accessories is like at premium 5 star hotels (Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental etc). Friendly and helpful staff. Great price. Good location - in terms of location I am not the best advisor as it was my first visit to Jeddah and I don't know the city well enough to give an objective review. In addition, in room dining quality of food was great but be aware that the portions are huge!

The staff listened to our needs and we were surprised with Executive Suite upgrade, thanks yo Mr. Alaa. Location is nice, opposite Corniche, need a taxi to go to a supermarket to a mall or walk 15 minutes to reach any nearby shop. Cafes are nearby to reach within 10 minute walk. We lived in InterContinental hotel the first day, Al Corniche room is almost same room as InterContinental, I think the only different is InterContinental is in the main building and Al Corniche is in the side building.
