The property is so pretty- the gardens are beautiful and it’s a quick walk to the beach. Although TianDe isn’t directly on the beach, Mariola (the owner) has a friendly relationship with a neighboring hotel that is first row, so guests can spend time there during the day. The bar and restaurant area are lovely and the food is yummy and fresh- we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool is sparkling, and the staff is warm and hard-working. Our room was clean and comfortable, with A/C, tea/coffee, good shower, nice decor. Mariola and her boyfriend live on site- they are doing a fantastic job running TianDe with a lot of hard work and love. We wish them success and will recommend to TianDe to anyone traveling to Zanzibar.

You will have a beautiful stay in Marijani, intimate and extremely enjoyable. The staff is amazing. The resort is completely new and clean (they clean the room twice per day). The size is perfect and it's not overcrowded at all. You can completely enjoy your stay with your family or partner. During the day there is the animation staff for the ones who want to do some sports and during dinner, there is typically live music or some artistic show. The staff keeps the beach very clean and safe, hence within the perimeter of the resort the beach looks great and you can fully relax under the umbrellas.

Location is like a small bubble on Sansibar. Boutique Character with a nice small pool directly at the beach. Tide was better than expected and the beach looks nice during low water phase. Staff is verz professional and go extra miles for in case of special needs. Staff is very kind and happy like the people on Sansibar. Food has good quality. You dont have to think about ice rockets, meet etc.. Was quite good.

Many fresh produce to choose from and also local specialities available at the buffet. African night at the beach was very special and also enjoyed the locals coming to perform. Outdoor work out space for classes was superb and also the trainers were very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had a room that I recommend to anyone, being located right next to the beach and the view from the room's terrace is superb. The room is large, clean, has a fan and air conditioning, a kettle, a safe. The beach is the best in Pwani, it has security guards on the beach and the Maasai don't bother you on the sunbed. Clean water, in front is a small island that appears at low tide and the tide is an interesting phenomenon to watch.PesentiPeople with friends
