Staff always available to help us for a service. Very nice rooms, breakfast copious and very various, big swimming pool. We left a wallet in a taxi and the hotel took care a lot, call the taxi, find it and sent to us at home in Hanoi. Congratulations to the team!

I was very pleased with my spacious and comfortable room, offering a great base from which to explore the city and the surrounding area. All of the staff were super kind and helpful. They also speak English pretty well, which was a big advantage compared to the place we stayed in the nights before. We felt very welcome the moment we arrived. The hotel is in top-notch condition and we regretted that we had to miss out on the extensive breakfast because our tour to the floating markets left at 6AM.
