When you stay at OKU you really feel the attention to detail: Staff - the staff were ever-present, ALWAYS smiling and friendly, happy to have a chat and incredibly attentive. On this note I have to give a huge shout out to Claudia on the guest experience desk. She quite literally arranged EVERYTHING for us - boat trips, transfers, restaurants, you name it. Despite my many emails, she always replied quickly and kept me in the loop every step of the way. On this note, if you are planning a trip, book everything in advance, as it's nearly impossible to get a table at certain restaurants on the day. The hotel and pool - the hotel is split into two sides, the family side and the adult side. Everything, rooms included - was impeccably clean. The split was perfect - if you wanted some quiet time, the family pool was great. If you wanted a bit more atmosphere, the adult pool was ideal. The energy was built throughout the day perfectly - at the adult pool, there was nice chillout music until midday (I loved being at the pool early, when it was quiet). From 12pm the music energy picked-up slightly, and from 2pm the DJ started. I was worried that it would be too chaotic by the pool, but they got the balance just right - the DJ set had a perfect vibe - it wasn't out and out day club partying, but enough to make people have a good time, without being too much in your face. No issues ever getting sun-loungers or beds. If you do book this hotel, I'd recommend clearing at least one full day to hang out by the pool. We did this on the 3rd day, spending the entire day by the pool, and had a great time. Like all staff, the team by the poolside were ever attentive (without being too aggressive), giving you space but always on hand to bring over food, drinks etc. The breakfast was superb, as was the restaurant. Decorated with luxurious details, each apartment comes with a seating and dining area. All units have a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. A toaster and refrigerator are also provided, as well as a coffee machine. There is a private bathroom with bath robes in each unit. Bed linen is featured. Staid with my wife and 6 year old daughter for a week. We took turns sleeping on the sofa bed. We had a room on the top floor and the view with formentera in the distance was amazing. The old city is a short 15 minute (little steep) walk, supermarket and coffee shops are also really close. Best thing for us was there is lot a to do for our daughter ie. playing in the sea, the Figueretes beach, playing with other kids in a small playgrounds nearby, lot of shops etc. There also was a small gym where we could do some exercises and it was well equipped with some free weights and kettle bells which we like. Staff was also very nice, accommodating and helpful with car rental for a couple. We will definitely come back.

Set in Ibiza Town, 20 metres from a sandy beach, One Ibiza Suites boasts a seasonal outdoor pool and a sun terrace. The property has a roof terrace with a bar and sea views, and it also has a sun terrace with a heated infinity pool exclusively for adults only. The hotel was very nicely done and situated in a beautiful location. The staff were super helpful. The roof bar and pool were fabulous! Great place to stay in Ibiza!

Apartments also feature a furnished balcony or terrace. View on the see was amazing. Staff is very friendly, also there are kitchen, so you can cook by yourself. Big, spacious room, beautiful pool. Each apartment at Can Salia has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, cooker and fridge. A cleaning service is also provided everyday. The staff was extremely helpful and patient, they helped me with all my requests and needs, Carolina and Enric in special got out of their way to accommodate us!

A continental breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. At the farm stay you will find a restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine. Exceptional facilities, immaculately kept. Spacious and clean rooms, pool area was fab not too busy. All the staff were lovely and the restaurant had really good food for dinner, breakfast was also great.

Nearly all rooms and suites have a private terrace or balcony with views to the garden or pool area. All rooms have a private bathroom with extras as hairdryer, free toiletries, bathrobes as well as flat screen TV, minibar and coffeemachine. It all was just so fantastic! Especially the service on the pool and restaurant was outstanding! The whole hotel with surroundings was so beautiful. Very spacious rooms for a good price. We will definitely come back!
