We loved our stay at The Marriott Hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean, the bed was amazing and they kindly arranged a birthday treat for myself. We enjoyed the dinner at the rooftop restaurant and are looking forward to coming back for another nights stay tomorrow, we plan to enjoy some drinks on the rooftop with the beautiful view. I can highly recommend the Marriott Hotel.

The property's location was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast served during our stay. However, what made our holiday even more pleasant was the exceptional service provided by the staff. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and hospitable towards their guests, which made us feel very welcomed. Their hospitality contributed significantly to our overall positive experience and made it feel like a home away from home. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Amazing comfortable stay at the Marriott! We loved everything, the food was divine, the beds very extra comfy with luscious sheets. The rooms were perfectly clean and made up for us each day. Can’t fault the property, highly recommend. Staff were helpful and friendly. The gym was clean and spacious too.

James and Brenda are two of the nicest people you could ever meet and couldn't do enough to help. One evening when I was there on my own they invited me back to their own home and provided me with a wonderful meal. The property itself is fascinating, being the original building, erected for the British Geographical Society expedition in the 70's that opened up and described the local forest ecosystem and latterly the caves.

Very friendly staff, especially Samuel. God bless you! Location is perfect in the center of Kuching. Breakfast was ok. Free water refill option is available: also for coffee and tea. According to some reviews about the tourism tax: it appears that there are some problems with the combination of Booking.com and the tax. We spoke with the owner and he will contact Booking.com. It's not his fault, something is not properly registered.

We did stay for the new year 2023/2024. Good party and nice place. Very good check-in and good service. I think the rooms are ok. Nothing special. I do see a start of rooms that soon need update. Small things, but I think it is important if you want to be top quality and be a Marriott Hotel.

- Brenda and James are amazing hosts, super knowledgeable, helpful and always ready to give a lift to the national park or the airport - Price is very good! I also was off-season and had the whole room and bathroom only for myself - There is an opportunity to order a small breakfast - There is WiFi in Marriott across the bridge but I never tried it

The location and the sea view is amazing good, All facilities, room services and housekeeping is very Good , High Recommended Hotel👍👍👍👍👍.. Everyone Must try to stay at Marriott Hotel.. All the staff are friendly.. Next time I stay at Marriot Hotel, thank's to all staff Hotel
