The room was small but very efficient and decorated in a fun, modern way. Bed was great, and I appreciated the fridge! The staff were really great, friendly, and helpful, and brought me a little bottle of prosecco when I told them it was my birthday. The location is quiet, and steps away from the Tate Modern. St. Paul's Cathedral is about a 15-minute walk away over the Millenium Bridge. There's a little M&S Simply Food across the street.

First of all the location - the hotel is a short walk from the train station and Sheffield city hall. The staff was nice and answered our questions prior to booking. The room is very spacious and clean, bigger than we thought! Very comfortable bed. The shower stream is strong, the natural soaps are amazing. It's a big plus to be able to have both a shower and a bath to choose from. The air conditioning was working great. The view is amazing. It was overall a very good experience. Would totally recommend and go again.

Drakes Restaurant is on the ground floor of Mercure Exeter Rougemont Hotel and offers traditional British food. Location couldn’t have been any better. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful lady on the desk. We were allowed to park up early before our check in time. The room was spotless and had tea/coffee sachets .
