Arrived at 12.30am, the middle of the night on Christmas morning, sleep deprived and ended up very confused about our room. I was in panic mode not understanding how to get into our room, the entrance to our room was on the OUTSIDE of the building but I was inside. I called them and they ended up giving us a different room because I was clearly delirious from lack of sleep, and the 3hour drive, and couldn't figure out how to get to our room. My partner, who had dropped me off and gone to grab some drinks from the servo, read the text message of instructions on how to get to our room in the morning and had a good laugh at me. Seriously, they were so simple I'm embarrassed. You guys were fantastic, especially considering it was the middle of the night on Christmas! The beds were super comfortable, AC worked great and loved that you guys have netflix. Have stayed before and will stay again!
