Great hostess, Chris, was filling in for her vacationing sister. Very warm and welcoming. Gave us great advice on what to see and do during our limited time in Townsville. The motel was very clean, comfortable and in a safe, walkable neighborhood. It was quiet and provided free parking at our door. Our room was spacious and well-appointed and everything worked.

Me and 2 friends stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it, couldn’t recommended Jess and Billabong enough, the most accommodating and lovely owner she goes above and beyond to make everyone’s stay as best as it can be, good location an easy bus into town a short walk away and car spaces, a big fridge and kitchenette as well as the comfiest beds! We have been to Townsville several times and usually stay in serviced apartments but opted for the Beach House Motel this time due to it's central location and family rooms.
