You need to drive to shopping and restaurants. About 15 drive to down town Kingston and water front. Outside of motel is old looking, still old school with key to open door. The room was clean, laminate flooring, bed was good. Friendly staff, FREE parking. If you are just looking for a place to stay, with know high expectations you found it.

Free parking available in front of every room. Our room (1 queen bed) was spacious, well equipped (whirlpool bath tube, tv, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, water heater, etc.) and very clean. Guest laundry is also available, which we relay appreciated. Beside of all these positive aspects the best asset are the owner and the staff of the motel. They were so friendly and helpful. We would come back, if we were near Kingston again.
