Her kitchen, will be your kitchen, as well as the garden. You will most likely be "forced" to accept the breakfast, or lunch, or dinner that she will offer you (despite it not being included in the service), otherwise you will be free to use "your" kitchen. Ok, may be Is not the usual hotel, but what you prefer, an usual motel or your home in another city?

This place was perfect for my needs, very quiet neighbourhood, big window in the room, good wifi, queen Elizabeth park very close as well as botanical garden, I always went to the park for my lunch break. Couple nice cafes nearby (liked sushi place and bakery) and train station for a quick ride downtown. I also visited UBC for work, there is a direct express bus there as well.
