Location was great! Close to the Waitomo Glow Worm Caves and the other associated tours. Reception and all staff very friendly. We needed an ice pack and they lent us not only one, but two with some towels as well. They gave us a late check out when we asked which was nice! Also walked us to our room and showed us which parking space was ours on arrival.
