The Stone Lizard has thee BEST breakfast of any hotel we stayed at during our long road trip. The lovely Teagen greeted us upon arrival. Our room was excellent. We had a full kitchen, bathroom, living room and even a bit of an outdoor area. We were amazed to find the kitchen full not just of condiments but also of different food items. The Stone Lizard is a picturesque out-of-the way boutique hotel that I would highly recommend.

Breakfast is a huge step up from the usual motel fare. Staff was super nice. Some reviewers have mentioned the lack of restaurants in town…there’s a really nice supermarket a mile down the road. Loved my stay here.

Blinds in bathroom broken. Showerhead pulls out of wall if touched. A/C never actually blew COLD air. Had to keep the very loud A/C unit on all night just for some minimal airflow, (Though didn't get cold), because the room had a bad smell to it. The lace had an overall "Bates Motel" vibe. Creepy!
