A self contained sweet little home in the country for less than you’d pay for a below par motel. The setting is so peaceful yet easy access to San Marcos. You can sit outside with a tea or meals. The kitty visiting each morning was a plus. It’s a personal experience and the host was friendly and accommodating.

Clean room. Very quiet. Nice hot shower with softened water. Fridge and microwave are new. Iron and ironing board helped us freshen up our wardrobe. Wooden furniture is tired. Room paint is dated. Carpet has seen many guests.
