Just 15 minutes' walk from the Falls and scenic parkway, this multi-levelled motel boasts an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a sun deck with loungers. Tastefully decorated, all the rooms feature free WiFi and a TV. Room was big enough and clean. Close to some restaurants and bus stops (RED, BLUE, 104). Walking distance to the falls. Staff was very friendly and helpful - thanks for everything.

The space was very comfortable and cozy. Loved the way it was designed and the bed was a perfect size The price is unbeatable and it isn't too far from downtown Niagara if you have a vehicle. It is also in a safe area.

Beautiful place, very kind staff, nice and relaxing stay. The room was adorable and the landscaping and exterior was lovely. I enjoyed the pool and variety of food places within walking distance. The staff were very kind and welcoming, I will absolutely be back!

I don't know why this motel has such a low rating, I think it's unfair. Often tourists expect from a cheap, simple and cozy place to stay at least the luxury level of an all inclusive hotel in Cancun. This motel has everything you need for a traveler: comfortable rooms with microwaves, fast internet, comfortable beds, polite staff. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Niagala Falls, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Let's add free parking for guests, which saves you a lot of hassle in this tourist city.

It was a 15 minute walk to OLG stage to see our show. The manager suggested a great place to eat for supper( Chuck Roadhouse). Price was reasonable and within walking distance. Free parking included at the motel.

Excellent motel, clean, awesome courteus staff. Location is fantastic with great positioning to Clifton Hill a leasurely 10 min walk away, and most amenities nearby. Free parking is also a bonus. Beds were comfortable, good selection on the TV, and mini fridge in the room is great for those who need it The pool area was also well kept.

A clean motel with free parking and very friendly staff. TV channels and WiFi was good and beds were comfortable. Clean rooms. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. Pool was a perfect temperature for the kids.

We were looking for motel near Niagara Falls, parking near the door, to sleep. We found all these. 11 minutes driving to the Niagara park, Gout island gave us to be on site early morning, free parking (pay from 8 am), wonderful walking trough empty park.

The motel was located a 5-10 minute walk to Cliffton Hill, which was perfect. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom seemed to be newly upgraded. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Free parking was also a bonus!

Easy check-in. Quiet neighborhood located far enough from Clifton Hills street to not being disturbed while sleeping, but only 7 minutes walk to get there. Free parking lot. Fridge + microwave in our room. Low priced motel (we were two adults, two children) compared to other ones nearby, which was important for us. That came with small trade-offs described below but I won't complain for the price paid.
