Location, owner was very friendly, family owned, good size appartement. Owner said he would look into airco ( without me saying anything about it). Price was good for location (Cote d'Azur in summer) but objectively to high for what you get.

Motel Cap Sol is located 1 km from the seafront. The property consists of 2 separate buildings one of which has an outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers. The buildings are just a 5-minute walk from each other. The property offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony and garden views. Free WiFi is available. I had a work web meeting in the time after check-out. They let me use the canteen freely. It was very helpful. Thank you very much. Breakfast was very good.

One of best motels we ever been. We had to go suddenly from Barcelona to Monaco, and it was the only place with fair prices for the start (F1 racing weekend rocketed prices up around), ending with acceptance of quite late check-in. Gisele, the owner, made us smile from the very beginning. Comfortable and clean rooms with a small terraces, working A/C and hot water for the shower, that was all we needed to have a great time over there. The location is perfect, nice and quiet, and in the middle between shops at the market square and busy beach bars/restaurants. 5-10 minutes of walk and you have everything you need. Set within 200 metres of Grand Large Beach and 200 metres of Serre Beach, MOTEL ASCOT - Hotel & Appartements offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Cagnes-sur-Mer. This beachfront property offers access to table tennis, free private parking and free WiFi. The aparthotel has family rooms. We had the most wonderful view from the balcony! I was really surprised how clean all was - cutlery, plates, cups, towels, bedsheets. Location - Bus stops and the train station (gere) was so close! The owners - extremely friendly and helpful!

Roomy and comfortable, this apartment was delightful. It was an enjoyable stay in an authentic area of Nice, away from too many tourists. It was well equipped with plenty of storage. Top floor but there is a lift. Safe neighbourhood with a good coffee shop at the corner where the tram stops. We would stay here again. Good value!

Great value ! Very clean , comfortable room , free parking on site and lots of things to see in the area. Instructions for late night arrival were very clear and easy to follow. The owner was nice and shared lots of useful tips on the surrounding areas . Would definitely enjoy staying here again !

Great apartment with comfy mezzanine bed, accessed via a ladder. Very quiet location, on a gated community with communal pool. Comfy sofa and furnishings. Very easy key box check in and free parking space just for the apartment.

The studio is little but confy and cute. The position is perfect in The real centre of Cannes. We loved to find a Nespresso that makes a really good coffee!

NIce place, clean and location very comfortable. Car is needed to move to Cannes but the hotel has a big free parking. Personally we had great stay there and I recommend this place to who is looking for country hotel with aparments.

There is no lift, and you can hear noises from neighboring rooms and neighboring floors. The hotel is dated and the first free parking we found nearby is a 15 minute walk away. However, the staff is really friendly and accommodates all time requirements, allowing us to check in even after the reception closes. Excellent location: Structure in the center with excellent value for money.

Great, friendly host Daniel! He has been very flexible and helpful from the start (booking) till the very end of our stay. When we were already off on the road to our next destination! Appartment is lovely, located right at beach boulevard. We have spend both mornings at beach looking at sunrise. Free parking very near, and public transport right in front if appartment. Thanks for having us Daniel!
