Perfect bedding and woke up not only to birdsong, but the best bacon I've had in ages. Beautiful setting, loads of charm, staff absolutely lovely, free parking but short walk to all sorts of wonderful places to eat. Fantastic value, especially as we booked a family room.

Lovely B and B, very clean through out, everything you could want in your room, the hosts where lovely, very informative and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great, nice selection and plentiful. No parking there, but we did manage to park on the road outside. The location was excellent quiet and a five minute walk from the front or the main shopping street. And the sun was shining what more could you want?!

let me start by saying trudy at breakfast is an absolute gem, holiday inn are lucky to have not only her but all the staff, super friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them, facilities for working remotely were perfect.. location is nice, on the waters edge and short walk to town and local restaurants, thanks again for everything

The owners were fantastic - great sense of humour and very accommodating. I stayed for one night because of attending a wedding close by. The next morning I needed to set off too early for breakfast. I was offered the possibility of bacon and egg sandwiches to take on the road with me to ensure I ate something, which I appreciated and enjoyed! The room had everything I needed (and more), was super clean and the bed was one of the most comfy beds I've slept in for some years.

Good location in the market square. Free parking is in a nearby car park (a few minutes' walk away) and this was organised efficiently by the hotel before we arrived. Friendly staff, fresh milk for tea/coffee in the room was supplied at our request as the room had a mini fridge (perhaps fresh milk could be put there without having to ask?) Very comfortable bed and our room (a superior double) at the back of the hotel was extremely quiet. Breakfast is served, rather than a buffet, and was fine.

Friendly staff, clean and good sized room and also quiet. Evening meal and breakfast taken in the pub / restaurant good choices and quality in both. A good setting with free parking. Will definitely use again.

Bang in the middle of Skegness with free parking onsite or on the road outside if full. Unbelievable vfm and the breakfast was fantastic.
