This is a modern, upgraded take on the American drive-up motel. It is awesome. THE ROOM: Super clean--immaculate, really. The room was big with a huge bed. The room handbook was very detailed, and also included recommendations for nearby attractions as well as directions. Our host also put an extra blanket in the room, which I appreciate. (Thank you!) BREAKFAST: There was a big selection of breakfast items and snacks, as well as a minifridge stocked with water and juice. *Tons* of snacks. I loved it. There are also 2 nearby cafes where you can get a discount on breakfast if you mention that you are a guest at the motel. We went to Arbor Bakery & Cafe, just up the road. Twice. Do *not* sleep on this cafe--it is excellent. BATHROOM: Nice and clean. Spacious, too! THE HOST: Super communicative. I never met them, but they were always responsive and helpful via the Booking app. LOCATION: Just up the road from the city center. It is very quiet. There is also a grocery store nearby. PARKING: Free, easy, and right in front of our rooms.

Overdale is a much loved family motel set in beautiful gardens.The building is of Dutch design with its unique arched design at the front it dates back 100 years. We can offer 8 en-suite rooms and one with its own private bathroom. All rooms are totally different designs and some have patio areas outside. We offer a residence lounge with television and a small bar off for your convenience and a fridge to keep your wine in . Glasses are available behind the bar and access to outdoor seating areas, and a large fish pond . Our dining area is bright and inviting we serve a variety of breakfasts including gluten free and vegetarian options. We would be competitively priced as we are a motel and not a hotel. We offer self check in and we can talk to you through our intercom if you have any questions. We accept English money Euros at the exchange rates and card. The en-suite bathrooms offer a rainfall shower and toiletries. Zoey who I believe was the manager was amazing. She was so attentive to all of our needs and was so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the Annex part and it was lovely! The coffee machine in the lobby was also a great bonus.
