    The hotel's greatest advantage is its location. 20 m from calle Gran Via (main shopping street) and Puerta del Sol. The hotel is not new, rather modestly equipped, but very clean. Towels changed daily, bed linen every 3 days. Breakfast was rather modest, but it didn't bother us because we wanted to try local cuisine. A hotel worth recommending.

    Great location, we really liked the vibe of the neighborhood. We especially liked the 2 bathrooms which made our stay easier for 4 people. Place was very clean and check in is flexible.

    Very clean, all appliances available including coffee maker with plenty of capsules, airfrier, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher. The bathroom is all new and really nice for 2 people at the same time. Also a bidet was available.

    Really nice hotel in a great location with very friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is positioned just opposite the Prada museum within easy walking distance to El Retiro park and the botanic gardens. Also close to the Hop on/hop off bus stations at Atoycha and Neptune. The room was not very big but plenty of storage facilities and perfectly OK for a few nights and everything was very clean

    Very welcoming and helpful staff. We got a new room on arrival upon request and had our luggage taken to the room. The room was comfy, great bed and pillows, nice shower, Rituals amenities. All very clean and spacious. Nice complete breakfast. We even got access to some Level VIP facility which was great and unexpected! The Quinta de los Molinos next to the hotel is such a beautiful park.
