Very nice stay. Very clean and neat. Welcoming staff at the reception. We had to leave our shoes in lockers before entering the hotel. We totally enjoyed the spa area with its hot springs and sauna. Also a plus were the free popsicles and yogurts. Free noodles were also offered, unfortunately we had no time to try them. Rooms were also very neat and clean. We slept very well on the mattresses. All in all we had a great stay there.

I booked this hotel for its proximity to Universal Studios, and it perfectly met my expectations as it is located right across from the park. The view of Universal from my room was also a fantastic bonus!

Requiring guests to take off their shoes after checking in and roaming the hotel shoe-free was very exciting. Onsen was nice. Having breakfast in hotel-provided clothing was also nice. The neighborhood hotel is located was also nice. Good places to eat just around the corner. I recommend taking a walk around.
