This was an amazing place to stay. I was getting married at Church Point and was looking for a place to stay the night before and get ready the morning of my wedding with my bridesmaids and family. Shelly was so kind to allow this to happen, as well as photos to be taken, and the house was such a perfect place to relax ahead of a massively exciting day. The kitchen is so well stocked, there are so many lovely places to sit and enjoy the view, and the beds are so comfortable. While we didn't make the most of it, due to some heavy rain the day before, there is beach access so when the water is nice there's a convenient place to swim. So grateful we could spend time here!

The apartment was perfect for us as a couple, all the comforts and conveniences of home. Great welcome pack. Beautiful views of the beach and ocean and a very relaxing atmosphere. A 15 minute stroll to Avalon village, which catered for all our needs. Easy access to local buses and plenty of lovely walks to discover. Janet and family were really welcoming, allowing us early access, helping with our laundry and even offering a lift to another town.
