We arrived quite late from the Cherbourg ferry, as the passport control too. for ages. Adrian was waiting for us. impecable service and a lot of details for a B&B. Quite happy with the breakfast and the indications provided by Adrian on our trip to Wales. A surprising detail was to have sparkling water in the room, you seldom see this in a B&B.

Everything you can possibly need was available - we could not fault a thing. The guest house itself is clean and modern and the breakfast room has a cheerful nautical theme. The breakfast was fantastic, served with the best coffee we have ever had!

    Good arrangements for free parking at the adjacent public car park. 30 minutes driving distance from most tourist spots we wanted to visit. Many excellent restaurants in the nearby vicinity. Snacks, tea, coffee, bottle of wine ws left for us on arrival. Netflix, prime video, You tube all available on a HD tv.

    What an excellent concept. A charity training centre where surplus rooms are let out to the benefit of the charity and visitors. The property is maintained immaculately, with very friendly and helpful staff. The bedrooms are configured to give views of the inner harbour, where one can watch lifeboat staff under training. A small car park provides secure parking.

    It's proximity to the Poole quay. Plenty of room in the apartment for a short stay. Very clean and linen and help provided to make up the sofa bed for our son. Free parking in the multi storey car park.

    Room was great size and had a large comfortable bed Air con in the room, brilliant as it was hot when we stayed. Breakfast was very good, with waiter service for hot food and the food was of a good standard. Location of hotel is perfect for sandbanks. We got free parking in the hotel car park, with no problems. All round decent hotel and I would stay again

    Perfect location in secure building with swipe fob to get in & out & a key for the apartment. Lovely clean & quiet when walking in the building. So mod cons including dishwasher, washer/dryer including washing tablets, all cleaning products included. Good standard of fixtures and fittings including decent quality towels. I’m prime location for bars at the harbour, less than a 2 minute walk away. Free parking included in multi storey car park next to apartment building. Would deffo stay again if I went back to Poole.

    Apartment is clean and comfortable and in an excellent location. Key collection is easy as office are below the apartment and free parking is available in the public car park behind the apartment building. Management company running the property were good to deal with and kept in contact to make sure we were happy with property. Would recommend
