Everything is above expectations, The ambience, the staff, decorations and food! I have never seen a hotel with so much attention to details! Amazing hospitality, everything was perfect. Cleanliness, cozyness of rooms is what I have never felt before. Very quiet despite being in the city center, staff is always friendly, breakfast was so delicious we even dined in in the evening. Every corner of this hotel is beautifully styled you want to take pictures everywhere. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone heading to Tbilisi

The employees were very helpful and always provided help with everything, starting with luggage to carry inside the hotel and by the departure help to book a taxi and put our luggage’s inside the taxi. Any question we had - they answered directly and came to the room to help with TV and air conditioner. Extremely polite and nice people work in this hotel (starting with a cleaning personal and ending with the management staff). Breakfast was also very tasty and wide variety of vegetables, sausages, cheeses, eggs, etc what usually provides hotel to the guests.

One of a kind hotel located on the 8th floor of a historical building overlooking the river. The VIP room was stunning and super comfortable with the best view imaginable! The team was as friendly and helpful as can be and the location was perfect. We will defiantly coma back!

The hotel is very well located, walking distance from the main touristic spots of Tbilissi and very nice restaurants and pubs. We enjoyed the hotel's courtyard with music and drinks. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful (in particular with street parking - more on the improvements). Would definitely advise if you want a GE hotel in the city center!
