Visited Venice in the end of March. Excellent location-based, everything easy to access from bars, restaurants, supermarket, touristic points and in the same time very quite building. Super host witch supported us in real time for our needs from rooms temperature to the nearest supermarket. I booked the apartament for 3 adults but there can sleep up to 5 or 6. Really raccomemded!

This is one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed for the following reasons: 1) Location is unbeatable, in a central part of Venice, easily reachable (even on foot) from Piazale Roma or the train station, at walking distance to almost all the sites of Venice, near a "main" street full of restaurants, shops, bars etc. but still not noisy. 2) Very well appointed apartment, comfortable beds/furniture, very clean and very nicely decorated. 3) The fridge and pantry were filled with food enough for our family of 4 to have a big breakfast for each of the 3 days we stayed in the apartment. Everything was carefuly selected and was very tasty. This made the apartment very good value as brekafast for 4 people for 3 days in Venice can be quite expensive. 4) Very good communication with the owners from the moment we made the booking until we left.

We stayed three nights in this comfortable apartment. Our host was very welcoming and responsive. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom (on the same level as the bedroom) was nice. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the microwave to heat up leftovers. We were able to leave our luggage on our last day until we left in the late afternoon. Location is great, particularly for attending the Biennale which was our main purpose for this trip. Highly recommended!

The whole property had small touches everywhere that made it one of the most memorable stays at a rental property. The host even had thought of providing umbrellas which we didn't need or use, but, the fact that they thought about it is commendable.

I can't fault this place! Rooms are lovely, area is lovely, kitchen is well equiped, the location is phenomenal etc etc. They even had some washing powder in the machine for us! Not many places would I absolutely stay again but this is one of them! Thanks for making our Venice stay so wonderful!

Our host was very friendly and gave us a 20min overview of Venice, alongside her personal recommendations and suggestions for our itinerary. She was very accommodating to our needs as well, and communicated with us very clearly. The place was exactly as described and more, some items that we especially liked were the comfortable beds, the coffee machine, and the foosball table. Everything was very neat and clean as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it!

She sent a message in advance with the location of the accomodation and the address of free parking lot. Even though we arrived to check-in later than we indicated, the host was really pleasant. The room and bathroom are lockable. There is good access to the center of Venice. With the help of Google maps we were at the bus stop in 6 minutes and in the center by bus in another 11 minutes.MilanYoung couple

We initially booked a room for 3 and were kindly upgraded to a room with 2 double beds. Also allowed us to check in early as we arrived before the check in time and the room was ready. I had reserved parking beforehand so was able to park in their private car park but there was a lot of on street parking available in the area. Getting the key was very easy and our host provided all the information needed directly, morerover we also got the name of a pasticceria very close by making perfect italian sweets! We are looking forward to come back again! After arrival we took a wooden taxi boat from the car parking lot which took us directly to the pier infront of the appartment which made the arrival even more special - I would recommend to do so!
