These air-conditioned apartments are located in Granada’s amazing Albaicín district, just 300 metres from the famous San Nicolás Viewpoint. Each one has free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.

The apartments at El Balcón del Albaicín feature tiled floors and dark wood furniture. The kitchen comes with a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a shared balcony with a table, chairs and views over Albaicín.

I got the apartment on the top floor which is superb. It had its own terrace and nice views from the windows. It was quiet during my stay. There is no elevator but the host very kindly helped me carry my luggage upstairs. It was very hot when I visited. You can ask for a fan for the bedroom as the air conditioner is in the living room. The temperature does drop significantly during the night though, so a fan was perfect. There are bus stops nearby if you don't want to climb up and down the hilly Granada.

The location was suburb close to local cafes' corner store and attractions. Encarni, owner of the apartment, helped me with information. I'm glad I booked a last-minute and everything worked out well. Above all, the property was clean. Comfortable and cosy walking to local bus and 15 min within the Granada Centro. Loved every moment spent, their people and area both amazing. Keep in mind that driving in parking will be 10 minutes away from the property. Free parking a few streets away or use the local parking down the centre.
