Modern renovation, everything selected to taste to the smallest trinket. The house also has everything for a comfortable stay! And a hot tub is something incredible! Very friendly owner of the apartment, wonderful, smiling and always happy to help you with any question person. We recommend this place 100%, and we will definitely go back there.

Where do I start? Because of our busy lives we always look for quiet areas - well this is it. At the end of a dead end street, ehh: single track road (love it!) we found the farm - we where waited for by Ann who is married with Pat. Ann - what a lovely amazing lady, what a character! "I'm deaf and daft" she said when we met her. Well, she still hears a lot and she is funny! Walking on bare feet, swimming/skinny dipping in the duck pond - what a character indeed. We booked the 'tiny house' - we could have stayed there for a week -easily- but because I'm quite tall (2.02m) Ann was concerned about my wellbeing - I could bump my head against the front or back door, the shower - toilet is really small but still all doabe - no problem! As said we could easily stay in the tiny house for a week but Ann decided to 'upgrade' us to the big house of her daughter who accidentally went on holiday in that week. Well - that house was an upgrade indeed. Faaaar bigger, nice views with sea and valley views. The other thing we really liked: both the tiny house and the bigger house upgrade had a personal touch - you really felt someone lives there instead of a house being 'decorated' for rental purposes. I have never seen this before - really nice! Also really nice - the 2 lovely dogs wandering around, the four chickens who at te end get to know you and they even came into the house asking for some bread - loved it! Pat is part of a 9 man/ (male/female) band - they played on Thursday in a close by pub - really really good!!!! Tip: walk down the valley to the beach and do not run into anyone else - amazing hike! We are adding some pictures - note that these are from the 'upgrade' bigger house - but both the tiny house and bigger house (upgrade( are excellent!. Thank you Ann and Pat - what an amazing week!! We -really- enjoyed it!

This is such a beautifully renovated property to stay at and exceptional quirky details in the fixtures and fittings. All appliances and furniture were high end and quality too, all well equipment to cook and prep food which made the stay nice. Great location with Bude just a couple of miles away and Widemouth Bay and the Beach House our fav restaurant just round the corner too and walking distance. Great to explore further into Cornwall too. The owners were so lovely and welcoming too, we will be back!

    Loved the location, great access to coastal walks and the town centre. Caravan was spacious, bed was comfy. Helpful package of washing up stuff/bin bags etc. Staff were helpful, messaged details due to reception being closed when we arrived (1800). WiFi in caravan was good. Dog friendly, would definitely stay again, especially when the facilities (bar/restaurant) are all open after the winter!

    The accommodation was in a good location, not far from Bude. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Room was adequate for our needs. It is also dog friendly which is always a bonus. Breakfast was lovely - continental breakfast was included in the price, you can pay extra for a cooked breakfast.

    The apartment is lovely, clean and really comfortable. It’s located in a perfect spot, close walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants. Dog friendly property and a lovely touch leaving out dog treats, bowls and toys. Sharon is really lovely and welcoming.

    The great team made our vacation even better. Great and rich breakfast, pet friendly (our 55 kg dog was warmly welcomed) and great tips for the rest of the trip, all of which we incorporated into our vacation. Next time we are in this area we will surely come back and stay a few days longer.

    Whereas some hotels are "pets allowed" this hotel was definitely "pet friendly" (in this case dog friendly); Mya was treated like a guest, even to the welcome biscuits, bed and dog bowls. I arrived just after 8.15 when service ends but was able to order a light supper in the bar, the dog sitting under the table as I don't like to leave her in the room on her own. I was told that if she needed to go out in the middle of the night, there was a night porter, which was very reassuring though on this occasion not needed.
