Location was close to the water and very handy for our touring. So happy we chose this great little hotel to end our UK travels at.

Everything was lovely we didn't adventure out so didn't no what was on the camp site We stayed and chilled as went up Clacton to visit my son's gf but he ended up staying at her house the weekend.. But was lovely comfortable. Heating warmed up the caravan quick.

Loved how warm the caravan was! Very spacious, being 4 adults in a caravan, we weren't on top of each other. Jordan was absolutely amazing. They helped with any questions and also left sweets and biscuits for us. The caravan had everything you could ever need, even tea bags and coffee. Everything felt like new! There was plenty of parking not too far from the van about 10 meters. I also got a message saying that we were able to check in early. That was definitely the sweetest thing. The welcome pack was such a lovely touch. There was everything you needed to know about the van and surrounding area and campsite. I will 100% use these guys again! Thank you once again.

Our stay at this lovely family home was amazing and felt like home from home, The kitchen is beautiful and well planned out and loads of room for my very active 2 1/2 year old son. Beds were extremely comfortable, The area was so quiet and peaceful with Asda, farmfoods, Iceland and the range literally minutes away. The beach was only a 20 minute walk from the house which was brilliant. One of the neighbors does have a cat who liked chilling with my son in the garden which was brilliant as my son loves all animals. I highly recommend this property to everyone as it was just perfect and I would definitely book again Thank you for making our holiday perfect.

    I absolutely loved this b and b The cleanliness was spot on. The hospitality was beyond brilliant. So welcoming. Carol was lovely. The room was lovely. The breakfast was lovely The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was lovely. The shower was very nice. Had all the facilities you need. The biscuits was a lovely touch. The location was brilliant.     Carol and Peter are perfect hosts. Could do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful people. The accommodation was spotless. The room was huge with a big king size bed in it. Fridge tea, coffee, biscuits chocolate and water stocked up everyday. Even some washing up liquid was there. They had thought of everything. And I course catering for dogs was amazing. I would recommend it to anyone who has doggy family. I certainly will be coming back.

    Location was great, close walk to sea where you can just relax 😌 . Amazing facilities on the park. Kids were over the moon. Caravan itself was really nice. I'm glad I've picked yours with outside space and a gate, helped a lot especially with the dog. Dog walking area with amazing views! It was a lovely stay

    Caravan was in very good condition and for a rental van very clean bonus was a pet friendly so our dog enjoyed it too Would recommend to any one wanting a cheep break

    The absolutely spotlessness everywhere was amazing, room, bedding, carpet, bathroom, breakfast room. We took a dog and had a dog allocated room… amazing freshness. Bottled water beside bed was a lovely touch as was the washing up liquid very thoughtfully provided so able to keep dogs dishes clean. Advised where to eat that was dog friendly. Parting gift of cakes was also a lovely touch. Amazing older couple running hotel who obviously have put their heart and soul into their buisness.
