They are to modest, the price for equvalent accomodation on some other place is much expecier. I will come back next year :) There is a parking in front and the car is safe out of sun. Psakudia is sweet place, great as strarting point to explore Sithonia.

The house is away from the noise and is surrounded by beautiful greenery next to the road. You will have your own parking lot in the shade throughout the day, you will have your own separate entrance and part of the yard. There are no other guests and apartments, everything is just for you and your family! Perfect! You will have your grill, your yard full of flowers, fruit trees, and olive trees. The friendly family did everything to make us feel at home. They thought of everything! Welcoming white and red wine, coffee, juice, special domestic tea, and cold water in fridge. The beach is not very far. If you come by car, you can visit Sithonia or Kassandra in less than half an hour. Thank you, George, and thank you, Katerina! We really hope to see you again!

Mansion luxury really fulfilled our expectations about everything.. It was really clean, nothing was missing there, even in the kitchen. Location was really good in a quiet place, near the sea and with wonderful sight to the sea also.. We felt really comfortable and enjoying our stay here to the fullest. Owners are really lovely, helpful people always here for you when you need them, really friendly🙂They pleasured us with nice presents (handmade cake.. and so on) If I could rate it more than ten, I would!! We absolutely adored every aspect of Anna's place. This marked our third visit to Psakoudia, and we honestly didn't anticipate anything surpassing our previous experiences at different accommodations. To our delightful surprise, we couldn't have been more wrong! Anna's place not only exudes coziness and comfort but also feels connected to the essence of Greece. From the nice colors to the choice of materials and the furnishings inside the house, everything is just perfect. The bathroom and kitchen are both brand new and impeccably clean, and we lacked nothing. The rooms are generously spacious, and even with five of us, we never felt cramped; quite the opposite, actually. Speaking of Anna, she is an absolute gem—warm, approachable, and incredibly hospitable. And her dogs are simply enchanting! Our kids are still raving about them. Thank you for everything, Anna! ❤️

Our apartment had a nice balcony, very nice place to enjoy family meals, to read or play, also with shadow during hot hours. Very nice people jumping to offer a suggestion or solve a problem (we had a mosquito invasion and they brought a guy with an ecological solution). A place were children and pets are welcomed. All in one we warmly recommend this place for a Greece vacation.
