Amazing luxury huge rooms. The hotel is new (opened 07/23), the rooms are fully equipped and everything is in great condition. The staff was very nice and helpfull. The hotel has a direct access to the beach, and there is a dog's beach near by. There's a happy hour every day with great offers.

It was our second stay in the Apartment Beverly. The first time we stayed with our friends in 2021, it was a great experience, so we decided to come back two of us in 2022 this time with our dog . Ivan, as a host, is always there for you, we had several issues (our fault) with watching mashing and electricity. However, Ivan was very patient and happy to help. The apartment with a terrace with no view was a big plus for us as we had our dog but also I was doing yoga there every morning. The location is great, down the stairs close to the beach like 5-10 minutes walk. There is a shop 300 m from the apartment. The views are great. It’s also locates close to the Old town and Fottess, however you will have to walk up and down a little bit. You have everything you need in the apartment, the washing mashing was a big plus for us.

Our fantastic host Ante met us when we arrived. He showed us into the room and welcomed us with a homemade drink from his cellar. We loved the cherry liquor! He brought us coffee and filters to use in the apartment and also gave us delicious homemade jam. We had a parking spot for the car. In addition to the hospitality, the best parts were the sea view, the large balcony and fully functional apartment and being able to walk down 260 steps to a gorgeous beach cove.

It is easy to communicate with Ira, she has perfect english and very kind. We loved to be here, wish to come again.

    The appartment is perfectly located, close to the city center and to the beach, you do not necessarily need a car. It includes all the necessary equipment, super confortable and clean. More than everything, Petea is a perfect host! He has done everything possible to make our stay ideal, he is always available if you have any questions or if you need a tip.     Location is quiet, just a minute walking from the beach. The host is very sweet and ready with any suggestion you may need. Everything was very clean! Our dog was welcomed in the apartment.

    Great location if you like peace and if you travel with dogs. Whole facility is souronded by wall so dogs can be loose. Great hiking options as well. Excellent kitchebn and comfy beds. Great host.

    Very great hosts. They accommodated our late arrival and our parking need. The flat is clean and equipped with literally everything. It is on the second floor. The location is great. You have bakery across the road and a few shops as well as petrol station. Beach is walking distance so is the centre of the town. Omis is a beautiful place, so I highly recommend it. Flat is perfect for a few days' stay.

    Beautifull views of the area, location was ideal, a short walk into the old town with all its small restaurants. The hosts Simone & Petra were both kind and helpfull, I wish them well for the future and would stay again when back visiting Omis.

    We loved everything about the place. Superb location on the beach, nice and clean equipment, balcony with a view and the pool is the absolute best hideaway place when you’re tired from all the commotion on the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much, I cannot recommend it enough! Also pets are welcomed here!

    Everything was perfect! Great place with beautiful view. Quiet apartment surrounded by the trees and garden. Perfect location for people looking for true Dalmatia. We were welcomed with perfect local food, it was very kind. At the first day we felt like in family. Hosts were very helpful. We were with a dog and there wasn't any problem. Nearby beach is quiet and beautifull! Few steps from apartment is a local shop and two good restaurants. I wish to get back soon! Best regards!
