Excellent location within walking distance to the train station (~1.5km) and to the Pisa tower (~0.5km). The host was very kind to welcome us into the property and show us to our room. We liked that they have a tie up with a nice cafe for an Italian breakfast which included coffee, croissant some bread and juice. They were all very good 👍 The walls are not modern thick/with insulation so expect a bit of noise in the morning when they city wakes up, but we didn't mind that at all.

Affittacamere MADE IN PISA Locazione Turistica, a property with a shared lounge, is located in Pisa, 4.4 km from Piazza dei Miracoli, 4.8 km from Pisa Cathedral, as well as 5.1 km from Leaning Tower of Pisa. The property is set 24 km from Livorno Port, 3.6 km from Botanical Gardens of Pisa and 22 km from Stazione Livorno Centrale. The guest house features family rooms.

It was priced very economically, yet was nice. The owner does not reside on-site so breakfast is do-it-yourself using high-quality packaged pastries, a refrigerator filled with juices, yogurts, etc., and a Nespresso machine. The owner and her family went the extra distance to meet me at the airport and help me lug my bike box and roller bag to the property, and also help me return to the airport the next morning (the routine appears to be that the owner arrives on site mid-morning). They were very nice and accomodating, highly recommended if you need to stay near the Pisa airport and do not need fancy accomodations. The property is a converted house and appears to consist of 3 rooms for guests, and a common room + kitchen (which guests can utilize -- including the pots & pans, etc). NOTE: It seemed that my room and at least one of the other two rooms shared a bathroom. There may also be another room with its own bathroom but I cannot confirm that.

The host, Mr Guido Paganini, is amazing. He is always available and very professional. The room is very clean and fully equipped. It's really close to the main attractions, the city center and the best restaurants and bars (also recommended by Mr Guido). If you're planning for a Tuscany trip, this is the place to choose.

    Too much to mention actually. I would rate it 10/10 which I only do by exception.! Where to start? The apartment is very nice, quiet, clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The location is far from the city centre but has a good frequent bus connection to the centre. The hosts are very friendly, attentive and helpful people doing everything to make your stay comfortable. The garden is wonderful. The dog 🐕 Poeto is sooo sweet. 🥰 Love him.

    we had a nice room with a tarrace at the bottom Floor. the room was perfect as we travelled with 2 dogs. Place is pet friendly, clean and very close to the tower its also easy to find a place to park your car

    The staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel itself was not in the best shape, however well located and I would consider it as very good value for the money. The parking lot was spacious and protected by the metal gate doors during the night. Dog friendly!

    Location is perfect walking distance 5mins to the leaning Tower of Pisa. Good breakfast Beautiful manicured garden. Pet friendly, my puppy was given surprise welcome snacks and a comfortable pillow to sleep on. On site parking with reservation in the secured gated premises of the hotel. Interior furnishing is luxury as well as the bathroom soap and shampoo.
