Great clean place, they have a restuarant on site, food is extremely good and very affordable, no point in leaving the location to eat, have breakfast and dinner there is recommended. They also helped us with everything we needed, laundry, scooter rental, bus to El Nido. I am very pleased with the stay here and I recommend anyone to stay here when you're passing through to El Nido! Aircon also worked well, a good space, decent bed, all is well with this place. Internet was also very decentl, if you want to work the internet is more than enough! Pizza is great too, thank you for the great stay, cheers.

The lady’s might tell you some secrets about it while sharing dinner. The hosts are so lovely! Bed are very comfortable, WiFi is great and the FOOD 😍 in my 6 weeks about east Asia travel that was the best breakfast I had! Homemade marinated tender juicey beef with rice. And a fresh geeen leave salad with basil and tomato. Everything from their own garden! You will taste the difference! There are also many vegetarian options. Location is perfect in the center but sooo quiet. This beautiful old “casa Linda” is very well maintained and looked after. You will feel the love. I will return!

I had a nice experience in Balabac, Palawan and PPS is my last leg before going back to Manila. I pretty much liked everything about this hotel. It was a very comfortable experience and the owner sir Isaac was very accommodating! He let me stay for another 2 hours with no fee as I had alot of time to spare since my flight is scheduled in the evening. The room is spacious for a solo traveler like me (with a huge balcony) the pool, the dining, everything was perfect for me and the price is just so reasonable! Will definitely go back to Hotel Palacio whenever I visit Puerto Princesa. Highly recommended!!

    The building itself is so lovely and there is a delicious restaurant just 1 minute away on the military road that cooked me vegetarian meals during my stay, the staff are extremely helpful and I even managed to book a last minute shuttle to Port Barton with no problem because of them! The art around the place is seriously awesome and the dogs and cats are so cute (if you lie on the hammock sometimes the cats jump into your lap)!

    The hotel is located in a decent and central part of Puerto Princesa. Staff was kind and always eager to offer a smile. They offer great tips and booked our subterranean river tour at a decent price from the competition. We felt like we were staying at our relatives home as some family members lived on site. Breakfast was decent every morning and coffee was tasty. As a bonus, it is walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and a fun food court (Pagetek Foodcourt).

    Sir Don was so accomodating with us. His family shared some foods for us during dinner. The place itself is quiet and lots of animals like dog, cats and chicken roaming around the area. The pool was nice.

    At Keens Place I loved the most, that they have so many cats and dogs - they are taking good care of them (some of them were strays). The staff (really all of them) are soooo kind and friendly, they would always like to have a chat and help with all wishes. The rooms are big and comfortable with a good shower. They have a beautiful rooftop with a lot of plants, wich is so relaxful after a daytour to underground river or just a day in the city. It is also perfectly located, close to the airport and surrounded by many restaurants (and bars).

    We loved how clean and organized they keep the place. It has a very unique style. There’s plenty of washrooms/showers for everyone to use. Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of cute dogs and cats that make the place homey. Jonathan, the host, is super kind and helpful. We initially booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 5! Would love to come back! :)

    The place is chill, homey and pet-friendly. Staff were very kind, gracious and helpful to us and our small dog. :) There are good places to eat nearby and it's easy to get a tricycle ride just in front of the property. There's an ATM and laundry service right outside. A nearby street without much traffic was a good enough place to walk our dog every morning. We extended our stay a few more days because of changes in our itinerary. We had a good rest. Thank you!
