Very nice Cliff Hotel on the beach. Luxury facility. Beautiful view from the window to the ocean! Nice restaurant nearby. Very nice stay, unfortunately only for one night. We would like to stay longer. Rich breakfast!

exceptionally clean room and very friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and though close to the freeway the room was quiet. The location was central to all the activities we engaged in and easy to find.

We travelled on honeymoon from Vegas to San Francisco. It's a perfecf stop to break up the section of the self drive between LA and Monterey, i randomly selected Pismo and was so pleased that we did. Very good price, perfect location with the beach and bars only a 2 minute walk away. The room was very large and immaculately clean (wea were given a free upgrade, Thankyou). The beds were comfortable, and there was a small kitchen in our room with a fridge, microwave, cooking hob and free wi fi. We even had free parking and a spacious decking area to sit out on. We didn't use the pool as there was little time but it looked nice.

The first 3 weeks were perfect , the hotel staff amazing. But somehow I misunderstood the checkout date and was late by an hour and a half checking out and things got ugly fast . I felt terrible as they had guests coming in as well. Someone on the staff team said some mean things and my checkout price was higher than I was quoted or had paid all the prior days … Much higher. I was to receive a 20% off for my stays as I am local and in between houses. They didn’t apply that to my Che out fees at all . I guess because I was late checking out .

Clean room, comfortable beds/pillows, quiet location, elevator access to upper floors, excellent location to Pismo Beach Pier and beach access, laundromat next door, and pet friendly. They offered a treat for my dog, followed up via text the day after check in to ensure we had everything we needed, and made a special trip to our room to deliver extra blankets late at night. I will definitely be staying at Edgewater Inn & Suites for all future trips to Pismo Beach.
