The property is 10 km from Villach and 12 km from Lake Ossiach. The apartment was excellent. The kitchen and the bath were new and functional. Every detail in the apartment is in its place. The balcony and the view are also great. The swimming pool is clean and the access quite comfortable. Saunas were of high quality and quite spacious. Of course, we were a bit of the season ( March) but I suppose there is enough space for the interested guests. The ski pistes are very close, you put your skies and you are on the slopes! Amazing! The staff (we were welcomed by Joseph, but his colleagues, another gentleman and a lady) were super friendly.

Located 150 metres from the shores of Lake Ossiach and a 2-minute walk from the Kanzelbahn Cable Car, Villa Marienhof offers a private beach, panoramic views and free access to the sauna. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The location and accomodation were superb, the family who owns the Villa were the friendliest and staff were the friendliest you can imagine.

Guest have free access to the local beach, and WiFi is available in the entire property. Perfect room and tasty breakfast, friendly Dutch owner. Everything was really clean and comfy. There was shampoo and hairdryer in the bathroom. Deserved 10 out of 10, I would really recommend. Thank you!
