It was in an idyllic location very close to the beach. It was extremely quiet and peaceful down a country lane. Nigel's detailed instructions made it easy to find the cottage. The cottage was very well equipped and lacked nothing in the way of facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable.There were plenty of towels provided. We liked the wet room instead of a traditional bathroom. The milk and eggs left in the fridge for us were a nice touch. Nigel was a very attentive host and keen to make sure all his guests were happy. We felt welcome.

A recently renovated property, The Townhouse 101 is located in Sandown near Sandown Beach, Dinosaur Isle. The property features quiet street views and is 18 km from Blackgang Chine and 19 km from Osborne House. This pet-friendly bed and breakfast also has free WiFi. Very homely, great room, great location (short walk to the beach) and a fantastic host, who provided lots of useful guidance and suggestions for our visit. And breakfast was amazing too. Highly recommended!

Ward Avenue B&B is just 5 minutes’ walk from Cowes High Street and its port, where ferries leave for Southampton. This charming guest house offers attractive rooms and a full English breakfast.

The bright rooms at Ward Avenue B&B have en suite bathrooms, a TV and tea and coffee-making facilities. Free Wi-Fi is also included. The cabin felt as though it was in a tropical forest, so beautiful and at night was lit up like a fairy grotto. The garden backs on to a park so it was easy to walk the dogs and is fairly close to the main street with cafes and restaurants.

Commanding far-reaching views over the English Channel, the Wight Mouse Inn is peacefully located amid grassy downs just 15 minutes’ drive from Ventnor.
