The passenger ferry port is just 4 miles away, and the vehicle ferry port is 10 miles away. We stayed in one of the Stable Cottages. Our Stable Cottage was the ideal retreat. It was in an idyllic location very close to the beach. It was extremely quiet and peaceful down a country lane. Nigel's detailed instructions made it easy to find the cottage. The cottage was very well equipped and lacked nothing in the way of facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable.There were plenty of towels provided. We liked the wet room instead of a traditional bathroom. The milk and eggs left in the fridge for us were a nice touch. Nigel was a very attentive host and keen to make sure all his guests were happy. We felt welcome.

Boasting luggage storage space, this property also provides guests with DVD player. The property offers bike hire and features a garden and barbecue. Perfect for our one night stay after our event. Breakfast was amazing - especially the sausages 😋 So friendly and welcoming lovely room with en-suite very clean and tidy. Even saw a red squirrel in the garden 🐿️

A recently renovated property, The Townhouse 101 is located in Sandown near Sandown Beach, Dinosaur Isle. The property features quiet street views and is 18 km from Blackgang Chine and 19 km from Osborne House. This pet-friendly bed and breakfast also has free WiFi. Margaret our host was very friendly and so helpful with ideas for our days out. The breakfast was excellent with some 'special' choices each day. The rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the location was very good for both the town and the sea front.

Ward Avenue B&B is just 5 minutes’ walk from Cowes High Street and its port, where ferries leave for Southampton. This charming guest house offers attractive rooms and a full English breakfast.

Beautiful garden which also looks amazing at night, lit up by fairy lights. We booked Ward Avenue because of the excellent reviews and absolutely agree with them.

Commanding far-reaching views over the English Channel, the Wight Mouse Inn is peacefully located amid grassy downs just 15 minutes’ drive from Ventnor. There is a large garden and terrace with a children’s playground, and fresh seasonal dishes are served in the restaurant. Rooms were fine. Beds comfortable. Restaurant was excellent. Nothing to complain about here. Location is beautiful.
