Guests can make use of a bar. We stayed at the Grand just for one night, but it was a lovely stay. The staff at reception were wonderful and provided us a guide to the city. We were also able to check in early and get into our room no problem after arriving on a morning train from London. The room was surprisingly large, and the bathroom and shower were very nice. Everything was very comfortable and quiet.

Overall we’d highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again when we return to Birmingham.
