The Xcaret Mexico Hotel is spectacular. The rooms, the staff service, the restaurants, the parks, the transportation, the amenities, the shows, in short, everything is wonderful. Exceeded my expectations.

Located in Holbox Island and only 200 metres from Playa Holbox, Casa Noma-Noma Holbox provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. With pool views, this accommodation features a terrace and a swimming pool. Every room is equipped with a balcony. Beautiful hotel in a calm area of the island. Rooms are beautifully designed. The hotel itself felt like an oasis of peace. The beach is only a few minutes walking and to the city center you can walk within 30 minutes (or grab a taxi, or rent a bike from the hotel). Staff in the hotel is incredibly hospitable and we truly enjoyed our breakfast every morning. Unfortunately there was no water in the hotel the first 24 hours of our stay, but the staff did all they could and kept us informed (it was out of their control). The service they provided really made up for it. If we ever come back to Holbox, I will definitely consider coming back for Noma-Noma.

They prepared a delicious dinner for us after a long flight and a beautiful breakfast the next morning (highly recommend the juice!). Markez was very thoughtful and accommodating of our dietary requirements. We had a good night sleep - the room had Aircon and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Markez spent time with us to answer any questions we had and give us recommendations. He took great care to make sure we got to our next destination safely and successfully. Markez and Denisa obviously put so much love, thought and effort into everything for their guests and can't recommend their place enough.

The hotel is Pet Friendly, the four-legged guest can feel as welcomed and pampered as their owners, Charges may be applicable. Absolutely AMAZING! One of the best hotel stays I have had in a long time. Staff were attentive, friendly and genuine. Rooms were luxurious, beds were super comfortable, the outdoor shower…just wow! Food and cocktails served at the restaurant/ bar were incredible and I loved the morning yoga classes available on site. Overall a 10/10!
