Room and garden area were amazing, really spacious, very well equipped. We watched the sunset from our room each evening away from the Oia crowds. Breakfast was delivered every morning which was such a lovely touch. Alexander was on hand for advice whenever we needed it and was very responsive. He let us check in early which was so helpful. Amazing pool and hot tub, was pretty private, not too many people walking past. Easy walking distance to Oia and the bus stop. Would 100% recommend, was the perfect end to our honeymoon.

The cave house was magical and the views of Oia and its’ famous sunsets were stunning. The place is so central to everything and perfect for honeymooners. The most special touch for this Air BnB place was the unexpected concierge service provided Ned and the boys. Ned arranged every restaurant booking, car hire, bellboy services and had in-depth knowledge about the island including tourist traps to avoid and best places to go. Even when restaurants were booked out he always used his contacts to get us last minute prime location tables to see the beautiful sunsets from every corner of the island, using his almost 24/7 WhatsApp contact service. Nothing was too much to ask for and he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as perfect as can be. Our lovely breakfast and cleaning lady ensured we had a beautiful start to the day and the pool guy cleaned our private pool daily so it was always sparkling to swim in. Great work guys, and would highly highly recommend!!

It's best feature is its location and value for money, being a few steps away from Oia's best spots while being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of those touristy areas - all at an affordable cost. It's also in front of a bus stop (I highly recommend studying Santorini's efficient local transport system before flying to the island to maximize one's stay) which facilitates mobility from one town to the other. The room is comfortable and the property has all the basic facilities and services needed. I would most definitely stay here again when I visit Santorini. Highly-recommended!

Location is close to Oia, but not in the crowded area, so you can enjoy the escape from noise and relax. The design of the rooms and the villa overall is so aesthetically pleasing - I couldn’t stop making pictures everywhere! Everything was clean and cozy, and very easygoing hosts. The view is amazing and the pool was a great addition and nice area to chill.

Beautiful view, pools, wonderful and helpful staff, in the centre but also thanks to stairs in a peaceful location ;) we had „only” 72 stairs to our room but it was totally worth it!!! One of the best places we’ve ever been to! Perfect place for a 10year anniversary, felt better than even on our honeymoon! Totally recommend it ;)

Beautiful property located at a central location. just beside the blue dome, what else can we ask for. this is just the perfect place to stay in Oia. you can take photo of the blue dome without fighting with the other tourist. highly recommended. The hotel itself is a true oasis of tranquility, just 5min outside the city center. Perfect location!
