B&B Handy lived up to it’s name (in English); it was very handy from the train and bus stations and for exploring Palermo. It was only 60m from the station (according to google maps) but was very quiet. My room was spacious, very nicely furnished and renovated within historical features, comfortable and quiet. Salvatore and Benedetta were delightful hosts who were not at all daunted by language differences. They replied to messages promptly and were extreme helpful.

Firstly the location is so convenient for a lot of sights of the city. The unassuming street is hiding a real treasure in these hotel suites. The first walkthrough is amazing, such a great amount of living space. Numerous TV's and a picturesque bed to add which is comfier than most hotel beds. The staff are very attentive as they are very quick to respond to your messages and are always positive which is a huge credit. I couldn't not mention the hot tub which is the cherry on the cake and really caps off this Uber luxury experience. Also they keep the entire flat spotless and refill your complimentary drinks daily so what more could you need?

Amazing attention to all the details… Coffee Pod machine, tea maker, all snacks, Prosecco, and water included… top quality shampoos and soaps, etc…..My completely over the top room, had a misting Shower, a proper shower for at least 3 people, a “TRIPLE” Jacuzzi, a dry sauna, another separate bathroom where the bidet, toilette, and sink was located… everything in black slate and marble, like a Bat Cave Oasis in the “cooooooolest” neighborhood in Palermo… My terrace overlooking Via Roma was so awesome… but the neighborhood stole the show, a copy shop across the street, a Landry in the building on the ground floor, barber shop for boys on the corner, mini marts 4 minutes away… and LA BRACE a totally awesome restaurant close at hand… This place rocked, stayed 3 days in 14 on two separate occasions…. LOVED it HERE… so will you!

The location was very close to the Hop on bus stop which we used to travel around Palermo and Monreale. Also, we were allowed to check in early which was very helpful since we arrived on an early morning flight.

The place is extremely well looked after and clean. There is also some milk, biscuits and coffee for breakfast. The location is perfect, very close to the Cathedral and 5 minutes walking from 4 Canti. A special thanks to Paola, the host, whom has been very present through our all journey, making sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking for the best place to stay in Palermo, do not look further than Casa PAN!

The room was really nice and beautifuly designed and my bed (mattress) was very comfortable! Something you don’t usually find in hotels… Mary is the soul of Panto Roof Top and she is always there to give you tips but most importantly to welcome you with a warm smile!
