The location was super nice, cozy, comfortable for 4 people and super close to historic downtown St Augustine. We enjoyed the nights when the weather turned bad and we stayed in house and just chilled. The rooms were well taken care of, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer on location. It was a short bike ride to historic downtown and way better than trying to find parking. The added charm of the horse drawn carriages coming by every so often was nice also.

Loved staying with my family at this cozy little house. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors that we got to meet were very nice. Everything was clean and you can tell they care about making your stay there pleasant. They had all the toiletries you need, the kitchen is fully stocked and they even provide a dog bed if you have your fur babies with you. The beds were comfortable and they had extra warm blankets. I would definitely stay there again on another trip. I definitely recommend this place.

The property was the perfect size! The bedrooms were very comfortable and the living room and kitchen were great. The entire place was very charming. The location could not have been any better! It was very quiet and private yet we were directly in the center of the ancient city. We did walk to everything!

As a newly renovated property, it has all the facilities that you need for a home-from-home stay. Laundry, smart tv, full kitchen... etc. There is a tennis/pickle ball court, lake with fish and a swing-seat, fountain, extensive grounds, etc. The hosts are absolutely brilliant. Friendly, courteous, helpful - everything you could ask for. I am already looking to organise my next stay there.

Wow! this property was gorgeous. Our group really enjoyed the location, and the house was extremely comfortable. The check-in was seamless and easy. The house is well stocked and we really enjoyed all of the amenities like the pool the grills, the fire pit .the star of the show is definitely the media room and how much space each bedroom had,we will definitely return. The decor is a clean coastal vibe, and the location is amazing. We were literally a block away from the ocean. It doesn’t get better than this.

Rooms were clean and very spacious, with a nice couch and side table. It’s a brand new property so it was very very clean. I imagine most people staying here will drive so the location is great, you just drive 8 mins and you’re at the St Augustine downtown parking structure. View was nothing to write home about but again, this doesn’t really matter since you won’t be spending much time here besides sleeping.

Surprised to say that I did not get bug bites wile sitting in an opened balcony! The breakfast was surprisingly and probably the best breakfast I ever had in a hotel.
