Everyone was friendly and helpful from the front counter to the kitchen help to the housekeeping. The free breakfast selection was great. Our grandson loved watching the machine make his pancakes! He ate several with sprinkles. The pool was great for fun. The hot tub was perfect for a soothing relaxation - especially in December! We have tried 3 other hotels in Osoyoos. From now on, the Best Western Plus is our go-to hotel in Osoyoos.

We loved the swimming pool, its clean and a great place to spend time with family. The whole grass seating area was lovely too. The fruit stand across the road is fantastic, as is the great Mexican Food over there which is fun to bring back and eat in the patio zone. Nice to have been offered towels for pool use. We will book ahead for next summer soon and look forward to a predictably good family centred time.

The living area had Kitchenette with dining table/chairs, sink, plates, bowls, microwave, small fridge, and even a small induction cooktop. The second quen bed also in the living area. There were TVs in Living area and bedroom both. Great for traveling with family. The outdoor swimming pool also clean.
