A member of staff, a lady called Wan, was exceptionally helpful. The amenities in the hotel: swimming pool and the gym were excellent. Cold drinking water and glasses available in the reception at all times. Minibar restocked with water every third day. The same with tea, coffee and hot chocolate plus biscuits were also restocked on the third day. The innovative indoor garden is very peaceful to relax in.

The sea view rooms are fine, with a lovely view but they are a little dated. The windows were difficult to open and then once opened didn't remain open. The staff did all they could to help though. The newly updated suites are very very lovely and larger than some apartments! If all the rooms were like that it would be amazing. Bonus that the hotel has an indoor swimming pool as well.
