Absolutely top quality customer service. Arrived shattered and early. Could not have been treated better. Duty Manager offered coffee and an early check in (possibly so I wasn't snoring in the bar area).. Generally just good.

Good swimming pool with steam room, sauna and hot tub. Lots of parking. Good basic choice of hot food in the restaurant if you are looking for gourmet or world class this is not the place to choose, but as a basic with a good choice of hot fresh food it was very good. I learned that you can get cocktails on draft, I wasn't brave enough to try one but maybe oneday. Good value for money.

The swimming pool was lovely and the hot tub very hot! Staff were all friendly and helpful, food was quick in the restaurant and we enjoyed the breakfast. Our room was spotlessly clean too.
