This is the 4th time I have stayed at this fine hotel and usually I stay 5-7 days at a time including this trip which was basically from Wednesday to Sunday. It is a gem and probably the best hotel in the area. The place looks really luxurious and gorgeous which immediately makes you feel good . Rooms are spacious and well laid out and the bathrooms are exceptional. My wife and I are very particular about bathrooms and these are modern and very clean. We got the suite and it is a home away from home. We don't always get the breakfast as we sometimes like to enjoy eating in the plethora of amazing food places across the road. Though the breakfast buffet is 5 star and recommended if you feel like treating yourself. If working out is important to you the gym , pool and spa facilities are resort style and highly recommended. My stays here are really to visit my daughter who studies at Okan university so i don't do much sightseeing or anything like that but it is well located and convenient. Less than 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from viaport outlet shopping , across the road from many restaurants and close to the university as well . I wish I could remember everyone's names but Mr Basar does an excellent job managing an amazing team and the girls at the front desk are always smiling, welcoming and helpful.

All was excellent, an advise to all, this is one of few properties that you can rank as exceeding expectations, a special thanks to Hamza. Rooms are very well equipped with all needed items, only ear buds cotton are not available, others is all available.

I usually don't get surprised by the performance of a hotel but this time i did. To begin with they have huge parking space in their disposal for cars below 1.95-2.00m clearance. Their wifi is very fast. Their breakfast has a big selection and they make you an omelette on the spot if you wish. The rooms were spotless, very clean indeed. Their spa is also very clean and well maintained. Their gym is huge for a hotel, offering cardio, free weights, a water fountain and many machines to use untill 11pm. Now the best part, the staff. They really do make you feel like family and make you want to revisit the hotel. I can't talk for all of them but the ones that i worked with were well spoken, smart and very well-mannered. Just to name a few, Eren, Muhammad bin haidar and Mahmut were top notch in their work. The ladies at the lobby helpful and patient with requests and the shuttle bus driver, well... I think he should be in a Formula 1 division, he is too good to be driving busses 😂🔥

The room: we were on the 7th floor on a quiet place, but with the window could not open wide. Air conditioning ok. Large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The facilities: hammam, sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. I regret that the indoor pool was so cold we did not take advantage of it. Hearty breakfast, but victim of its attendance rate, the dining room is noisy.

Mehmet one of the staff member who was polite and recommending where to travel in Istanbul. Rooms was good Air con was cold. Close to a tram station, walking distance to main attractions such as Ayasofya, etc. Had 2 swimming pools, though indoor one was out of order for most of our stay and outdoor one was pretty small. Still it was good to splash when it is very hot. Use of Hamam was free. Most of the staff is helpful and friendly.

Good sized family room with direct access to garden area. Nice clean large outdoor swimming pool. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed. Excellent buffet breakfast. Covid swab is also easily arranged on-site by the hotel. Coffee maker along with kettle in the room. Enjoyed the complimentary dry fruit& nuts and baklavah.
