Loved loved this hotel. Rooms are huge, beds are comfy, free breakfast, dinner and drinks was just amazing. Shuttle was handy to the parks. Location was perfect walk to Disney Springs. Customer service was top notch. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at.

The rooms were large enough and the kitchen was perfect for a quick dinner for the kids. Pool was great, not crowded. The breakfast was satisfying, Mickey waffles were a nice touch. Coffe was available 24/7. It is close enough to Disney. You can book a payable shuttle through hotel, but has limited hours, so we prefered uber. There is also Target across the steet which was convinient.

I really appreciated the comfort, the structure of the hotel, the cleanliness and the location, especially for those going to Disney. The swimming pool and gym are also very good. Another positive factor was that I rented a car and had no problems finding parking spaces and if there were there were plenty of parking spaces on the other side of the street in front of the hotel. Anyway, I recommend the Hotel.

The location is very convenient and free parking was an extra. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Nice staff very attentive. They even give us early check-in as soon as we arrived. That was a plus. We will definitely stay again when we return.

We come every year because of all the activities the resort has to offer. My whole family enjoyed the 3 swimming pools, the slide, kayaking, playing basketball, pickle ball, pin ball, rock climbing, biking, running trails and mini golf. The activities staff is amazing and extremely helpful and the food near the pool was delicious. Hopefully The Grand Cypress will upgrade their beds to queen one day so we can return. Until then, good bye for now.

Front Staff greeted us with smile every time we walked in. They are partnered with the Universal Studios. So the shuttle bus service is available for pick-up and drop off. (Only during specific days and time - confirm with hotel) complimentary breakfast was good. Coffee and Juice are always available in the dining area. It is very helpful to get small samples of free dishwashing soap, washing powder etc when one comes for a short stay. conveniently close to a grocery store. Swimming pool and hot tub facilities were excellent. Will definitely recommend this apt. We also enjoyed the water park in the hotel which had warm swimming pools and fresh towels. The hotel was conveniently located, a 20-min drive to all Disney parks, a half hour drive to Universal Studios and Sea World.
