Lovely room and very comprehensive buffet breakfast. Not the cheapest hotel but very much worth it. Great facilities and a swimming pool too.

We stayed for three nights and found the room perfect we also took advantage of the gym and swimming pool,which was open all day. Peter on reception was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast lived up to its expectations. 10/10 perfect

Swimming pool steam room nise

Staff very friendly and approachable, including management (unlike The Empress where it's a tad perfunctory and soulless). Swimming pool excellent, warm and well maintained (aside from some obligatory manky ceiling tiles). Fresh bedding and comfy mattresses with pillows that don't prop you up at an unnatural angle and hurt the neck.

the room, the size of the room, sofa, atrium room so gorgeous, walked from the port, very close, the staff were friendly, close to the shops and bars. Loads of hot water, heating was on in the hotel, the breakfast was fantastic. Swimming pool however didnt use it on this visit, parking, internet was good speed.

Spacious and comfortable room. Fantastic location, rural but easy to access most of the Island within 30 mins. Lovely swimming pool. Fantastic dinners in the restaurant. Attentive staff.

The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had. Delicious, plentiful, fresh and so much choice. A member of staff, a lady called Wan, was exceptionally helpful. The amenities in the hotel: swimming pool and the gym were excellent. Cold drinking water and glasses available in the reception at all times. Minibar restocked with water every third day. The same with tea, coffee and hot chocolate plus biscuits were also restocked on the third day. The innovative indoor garden is very peaceful to relax in.

Everything was immaculate, the staff were very efficient.and the cleaners and breakfast staff were all very professional.it was near to all amenities.and had gym, swimming pool ,bar and restaurant in the building.the atrium was lovely to sit in with a tea or coffee with fountains and fish pond . seaview rooms were very spacious.
