Located in the business district of Gurgaon, it is a 2-minute walk from DLF Tower. Free WiFi is available in the rooms of the property. My daughter loves this hotel. Everytime we visit the family, we make a stopover at Trident before moving further. They accommodated my request of removing carpets from the room and arranged an air purifier as my daughter has severe dust allergies. From service, to staff, to food, to embience, Everything was spot on! Thank you to the entire team.

The property is a slice of paradise in an otherwise hectic city. Lovely grounds, delightful pool, old-world charm, and a fascinating history connected to the family who still own the property and manage the guesthouse. I loved the communal dinner, which was delicious and varied every night and a great way to connect with the other guests. The Kahn Market is nearby and a good place for shopping, with FabIndia and Anokhi being my favorites, plus there are many good restaurants there. It was easy during the day to catch a rickshaw by just standing outside the gate. The guesthouse can be a little challenging to find at night, so keep the phone number handy. I also liked that it was a quick taxi ride to the airport. The owner is a wonderful hostess and the staff is friendly and helpful. Shukla, the owner, is a fount of knowledge. There was a very ill traveler staying at the guesthouse and she tended to her like a mother, even late into the night. Truly a caring person, and she and her daughter make one feel at home and welcomed. I can see why many expats return time and time again when in New Delhi. I stayed on both ends of my trip and look forward to staying again.

The property features a heated indoor and outdoor pool and spa & wellness centre. The hotel is also equipped with a state of the art clean air technology which promises air quality on par with global standards. The staff, they were all so professional and polite. Breakfast was amazing. I noted staff didn’t take tips and asked for it to be handed at the time of checkout. This is a much better option, it saves the embracement of customer trying to find their money to tip staff.

I loved how kind all the staff was. From the elevator man to the staff on the room floors. Would definitely be back if I am back in New Delhi.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
